You signed up with a social account and lost access to it
If you signed up via Google, GitHub, X (Twitter), or Microsoft and never set a Chainstack password, you cannot use Forgot password? to recover. Recover access to the social account with the provider first, then sign in to Chainstack as usual.
Email support@chainstack.comdirectly from the email address registered on the account — contact-form submissions are not eligible for recovery. Attach both:
a bank statement showing a Chainstack charge, and
the matching Chainstack purchase receipt or invoice.
Support cross-checks the documents against Stripe and, once verified, asks Engineering to remove 2FA from your account.
If your organization signs in to Chainstack through SSO, account recovery is handled by your identity provider’s administrator. Chainstack support cannot reset SSO access on your behalf.
